Product Description

For energy saving machine, we have two series:

variable pump injection machine and servo motor pump injection machine.

As machine computer controls pressure and quantity of flow, thus it reflects to PQ(pressure and quantity of flow) valve.

Then through the motor rotate to drive the pump works.

For dosing pump injection machine(standard injection machine),

PQ valve is on the valve plate, which is far away from oil pump. So it costs more energy from PQ valve to oil pump.

For variable pump injection machine, PQ valve is on the oil pump,

as computer controls pressure and quantity of flow, it directly drives the pump. This is the different.

For servo motor pump injection machine, PQ valve is on the valve plate,

but for servo motor machine, PQ valve only acts as a guiding role. Here servo controller is the key.

It means as computer controls pressure and quantity of flow, it reflects to PQ valve.

Thus PQ valve quickly responses to servo controller.

As servo controller has special system, it can make pump doesn't work when plastic mould cooling and pressure holding.

Thus realizing energy saving.
